Attitude

The successful Support Broker is a people-person who is energetically committed to working for people with disabilities.  Attitude makes the difference!

A Support Broker works diligently to understand their employer's preferences and to create a community of allies who contribute to positive life outcomes and full participation. Energy, excitement, and a positive outlook is what many people with disabilities hope for when looking for just the right Support BrokerNote Tracy's comments in the video below.
